The Intel Core i7-13700F is a high-performance 13th Gen Raptor Lake desktop processor featuring a hybrid architecture with 8 Performance-cores (P-cores) and 8 Efficient-cores (E-cores), totaling 16 cores and 24 threads. P-cores boost up to 5.2 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0, while E-cores reach 4.1 GHz. Base frequencies are 2.1 GHz (P) and 1.5 GHz (E). It delivers excellent multi-threaded performance for gaming, content creation, and productivity, scoring ~38,000 in PassMark and top Geekbench results.
Designed for LGA1700 socket, it supports DDR4-3200 and DDR5-5600 memory up to 192GB dual-channel (89.6 GB/s bandwidth). 20 PCIe 5.0/4.0 lanes enable fast GPU/SSD connectivity. 30MB L3 Smart Cache and 24MB L2 cache ensure smooth operation. Base power 65W, max turbo 219W—no integrated graphics requires discrete GPU. Launched Q1’23, unlocked for overclocking.
