Based on silicone and special filler material, the ARCTIC TP-3 outperforms standard high-performance pads, especially for closely spaced chips with height differences due to manufacturing tolerances. Despite extremely low hardness (55 Shore OO), it delivers excellent thermal conductivity.
Versatile Gap Filler
The 1.0mm pads compress easily to bridge gaps up to 0.2mm while minimizing thermal resistance. Electrically insulating, non-adhesive, and easy to cut to size. Perfect for M.2 drives, RAM, chipsets, ICs in PCs, laptops, consoles, and graphics cards. Stackable without performance loss.
