The Unitek SmartLink Trinity (model Y-3324) is a versatile USB 3.0 to SATA II and IDE adapter that enables simultaneous connection of up to three hard drives or optical drives. It supports both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch SATA I/II HDDs/SSDs (up to 18 TB) and dual-head IDE connectors (40-pin and 44-pin) for legacy 2.5-inch/3.5-inch IDE HDDs, DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, and other optical drives.

With SuperSpeed USB 3.0, data transfer reaches up to 5 Gbps and is backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1. The adapter includes a stable 12V 2A power supply, an LED indicator for power/activity status, hot-swap support, plug-and-play functionality (no drivers required), and an automatic sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity to save energy.
