Featuring 6 cores and 12 threads, it delivers a 2.9 GHz base clock with Turbo Boost up to 4.3 GHz. Built on 14nm process with 12MB SmartCache, it supports LGA1200 socket and DDR4-2666 memory up to 128GB.
This tray version lacks a retail cooler and box, making it suitable for system builders and OEMs. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 handles light graphics tasks or multi-monitor setups without a discrete GPU. With 65W TDP, it runs cool and efficient on compatible 400/500-series motherboards. Benchmarks show solid results: ~10,500 multi-core Geekbench 6, competitive with Ryzen 5 3600.
