The be quiet! Pure Base 501 LX is a compact yet versatile white mid-tower PC case designed for gaming and office builds. Despite its modest footprint (450mm L × 231mm W × 463mm H), it accommodates high-end components including ATX motherboards, graphics cards up to 368mm in length, and CPU coolers up to 178mm in height. The case comes pre-installed with four Light Wings LX PWM fans (three 120mm front intake, one 140mm rear exhaust) featuring ARGB lighting synchronized via the front-panel control button or motherboard software.
Cooling flexibility is a key strength, supporting radiators up to 360mm at the front and 240mm at the top, making it ideal for custom water-cooling setups. The high-airflow mesh front and top panels ensure excellent thermal performance, while the side panel window provides visibility of internal components. The case includes a removable 2.5″/3.5″ drive cage with 5×2.5″ and 2×3.5″ drive bays, decoupled HDD mounting for vibration isolation, and thoughtful cable routing design.
