The TG Scraper, made of acrylic glass, is a specially developed scraper with a narrow tip to remove, for example, silicone adhesive from the package (the PCB) of a decapitated processor or residual indium solder from CPU dies. The ergonomic shape of the TG Scraper allows for a firm and secure grip. When removing indium solder from the die or dies of the CPU, it is recommended to carefully clean the surface roughly with the TG scraper and then remove solder residues on the die surfaces with liquid metal.
