Natec Husky Thermal Grease 4g Gray (NPT-1324) is a high-performance thermal compound designed for efficient heat transfer between CPUs, GPUs, or other components and their coolers. With exceptional thermal conductivity of 4.63 W/mK and low thermal impedance of 0.0087 °C-in²/W, it ensures optimal cooling performance right from the first application—no curing time required.
This non-conductive, non-corrosive paste features a density of 3.15 g/ml at 20°C, high viscosity of 12500 Pa*s for easy handling, and remarkable stability with only 0.15% weight loss after 96 hours at 100°C. It operates reliably from -30°C to 280°C, with electrical resistivity of 5.0×108 Ohm·cm and dielectric strength of 2.5 kV/mm, making it safe for all electronics.
