Creality Hyper Lightweight PLA Black is a foamed 1.75 mm PLA filament on a 1 kg spool, made for RC models, aircraft, and other weight-sensitive prints. Its micro-foamed structure lowers density to about 0.8 g/cm³, around 35% lighter than standard PLA, and can use up to 50% less filament for the same model size.
Official Creality guidance tunes foaming between 230-270 °C, with higher temperatures increasing expansion. Printed parts have a matte, low-gloss surface that is easy to sand and paint.
