The iOpener is a tool for opening tablets. By placing the heated iOpener, the adhesive seals between components and the housing are softened. The adhesive can then be cut using one of the tools included in the iOpener Kit. The iOpener was designed specifically for iPads, but can be used for any tablet, smartphone or other electronic device that requires heat during disassembly. The iOpener is heated in the microwave. It is reusable, non-toxic and food safe.
