With the D-Link DUB-H4 USB hub you can quickly and easily expand a PC or Mac with 4 USB interfaces. Each port complies with the USB standard 2.0 and therefore offers a data transfer speed of up to 480 Mbit, which is 40 times faster than the conventional USB standard 1.1. The hubs offer all the advantages of USB: All connected devices are recognized directly by the hub, without time-consuming or complicated installation, just real plug & play. In particular, working with peripheral devices such as scanners or printers that comply with the USB 2.0 standard is made easier. Gone are the days when you had to pay for the convenience of USB installation with a loss of speed. The DUB-H4 can also be used without any problems for connections to USB devices of the USB standard 1.1. The hubs have 4 Type A downstream ports for connecting USB peripheral devices or other USB hubs as well as a USB Type B upstream port for connecting to the computer. By cascading multiple hubs, up to 127 USB devices (scanners, cameras, etc.) can be connected. Extensive diagnostic LEDs always indicate the port status.
