This expansion frame from Delock can be glued to an HDD / SSD hard drive to adjust the height. This means that the hard drive can be adjusted so that it can be used, for example, in external housings or in removable frames that require a different height. For removable frames that require a height of 9.5 mm, the frame can be used together with an SSD with a height of 7 mm, thus ensuring that the SDD can be inserted correctly into the guide of the removable frame. Otherwise there may be problems with the mechanism of the removable frame.
